Reservation Policy

In order to complete a reservation we following the following procedure. You make a request for a reservation.

We check the availability.

An approval comes to your mailbox with instructions about the payment.

Out payment method is:

• Credit Cart payment.

For the payment you have 2 options and you select one of them after you pick booking dates from the calendar.

• To pay 30% percent of the reversation.
• To pay the full ammount of the reversation.

If you select the deposit option you must pay the rest booking ammount at least 60 days before your arrival.

The rest of the reversation ammount can be paid by logging to your account or making a deposit to following bank account (don’t forget to mention your full name and the booking id (order id)):

In case of email or phone reservation, you have to deposit the required amount to the provided bank account within 2 days. In the deposit you should mention your full name. Upon completion of the deposit you should attach via email at liolisg@yahoo.gr  the receipt of the deposit.
Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees, shall be covered solely and exclusively by you.

Cancellation Policy

• If the cancellation is made 48 hours after and 60 days before your arrival your reservation you are refunded by the full ammount of your payment.
• If you have paid the 30% percent of the reservation and you cancel after 48 hours no refound is given.
• If you have paid the full ammount of the reversation and you cancel after 48 hours and 60 days before your arrival, you are refunded the 70% percent of the ammount.
• If the cancellation is made in less than 60  days before your arrival, no refund is given.

Terms of accommodation

Check-in time is after 14:00, unless it is agreed otherwise.
Check-out time is before 12:00.
You must comply with the quiet hours policy. From 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
It is not allowed to accommodate extra people in the rooms, more than the agreed number.
Smoking: Not Allowed Indoors
Pets: Allowed only upon request
Events allowed only upon request
Children Welcome

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
